Diplomacy: Senegalese President Diomaye Faye Visits Libreville

T he President of the Republic, Head of State and Head of Government, His Excellency Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema, held talks this Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at Léon Mba International Airport with his Senegalese counterpart, His Excellency Bassirou Diomaye Faye, during a stopover in Libreville.
The meeting between the two leaders took place in an atmosphere of cordiality, mutual respect, and African brotherhood. It is part of the ongoing effort to consolidate diplomatic relations and cooperation between Gabon and Senegal, two countries that maintain solid historical and political ties.
